STRUCTURAL & COMPOSITE REPAIR
Structural and composite repair are central to our work. The aircraft, materials and available repair data guide each project.

Airframe damage calls for a careful look at the affected area, surrounding structure and repair history. Visible damage is the starting point; access and evaluation may reveal issues beyond what a photograph shows.
Send the aircraft make and model, where the damage is located and what happened. Wide views help establish location, while close-ups show detail. Include information about earlier repairs in the same area if known.
Composite components need assessment appropriate to their construction and condition. Describe the component, the damage and any change you have noticed. The material, manufacturer guidance, access and documentation requirements shape the repair plan.
Repair scope and suitability are determined after evaluation. Photos help start the discussion but cannot establish whether an aircraft or component is airworthy.
Share records, damage history and photographs to begin the conversation.
Aircraft access, applicable data, materials, parts and documentation needs are reviewed for the individual project.
Discuss the proposed scope, estimate assumptions and timing before repair work proceeds.
Service boundaries: We do not offer propeller overhaul, instrument overhaul, pitot-static or transponder testing, or paint services.
